Terms & Conditions

By engaging Nexorhythm Music for any service — including beat production, custom instrumentals, song arrangement, mixing & mastering, vocal processing, or remote collaboration sessions — you agree to the following terms.

Services

All services are delivered remotely. Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins. Nexorhythm Music reserves the right to decline projects that conflict with our creative standards or ethical guidelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed-upon license for the delivered work. Exclusive beats transfer full ownership to the client. Non-exclusive beats may be licensed to multiple clients. Custom instrumentals and arrangements are delivered with a work-for-hire agreement unless otherwise specified.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate.

Confidentiality

We treat all client projects, lyrics, concepts, and unreleased material as strictly confidential. We will not share, reproduce, or distribute your work without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Nexorhythm Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

At Nexorhythm Music, we are committed to delivering high-quality results for every project. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

General Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services — including beat production, custom instrumentals, song arrangement, mixing & mastering, vocal processing, and remote collaboration sessions — all sales are generally final once work has commenced.

Eligibility for Refund

A full refund may be issued if: (1) work has not yet begun on your project, or (2) we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances on our end. Partial refunds may be considered if a project is cancelled mid-production, based on the percentage of work completed.

Non-Refundable Items

Completed and delivered audio files, beats, mixes, and mastered tracks are non-refundable once the final files have been sent. Rush fees and revision add-ons are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase or delivery date. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
